Our SEN Learning Support Assistant roles offer the chance to work with children across different age groups and needs, and we believe your contribution can change lives.

Looking for a role that fits into school hours, Monday to Friday? This might just be the perfect fit for you. You'll play an essential role in supporting children with a range of disabilities, including social and communication challenges, autism, speech and language difficulties, and more. Your role will involve teaming up with the class teacher and other amazing staff to create a learning environment that's not only inclusive and fun but also safe for all our children.

Here's What We're Looking For:

• A qualification in Teaching Assistance or Health and Social Care/Care is great but not a deal-breaker

• A genuine passion for and understanding of special educational needs

• Ability to support children aged 4-11 years

• An Enhanced Level DBS (Don't worry if you don't have it yet, we'll guide you through the process!)

• Two satisfactory employment references, including one from your latest job
